Part of a series of bottlings from Akkeshi that are dedicated to the 24 Solar Terms of Japan. Each release will explore the effects that the local climate, wildlife and farming have on the final product.

Boshu (Sowing of the Grain) has been distilled using peated barley and has been matured in a combination of  ex-bourbon, wine, mizunara and sherry wood before being married.

Although no age-statement is declared, we believe this to be a 3 year old whisky.
