Nose: Jersey caramels and brown sugar lumps. Mocha and waffle cones. Mahogany.

Palate: Sugared almonds, medium thickness and weight with golden syrup richness. Grape sugars are nicely brought to the front without becoming too oaky.

Finish: Plenty of wine influence turns into red fruits, iced vovos and iced finger buns. The heat lingers and drying oak makes this a very long lasting dram.
