Circumstance is an English distillery, founded in August 2018, in Bristol specialising in organic grains and long fermentations.
These cherished principles, with organic grains and non-traditional yeasts, produce extraordinary spirits.

Charred English oak spindles have been used to mature the spirit in a non-traditional way. The wheat spirit has been matured in a drum, with the charred oak spindles suspended in the spirit.
